Marlies is an assistant professor of Organizational Behavior at NEOMA Business School in France (Reims). Marlies’s research focuses on human behavior and interaction in organizations and aims at clarifying the role and outcomes of leadership dynamics in today’s complex organizational contexts. Marlies studied Educational Sciences and completed her doctoral research in Business Economics. This background informs her research and provides the basis for investigating positive phenomena in organizations, both for the sake of benefitting team and organizational performance and facilitating optimal employee functioning.
