Nicolas is an Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behavior. Nicolas obtained his PhD in Business Administration from Laval University, Canada, and pursued a postdoctorate at Université Catholique de Louvain, Belgium. His research focuses on two main areas: the micro-foundations of corporate social responsibility, and the management of psychosocial risks at work. Nicolas serves as an Associate Editor for Business Ethics: A European Review, and his recent academic work appears in journals such as European Management Journal, Journal of Business Research, and Journal of Business Ethics. Nicolas also has several years of international experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, and consulting expertise in the assessment and prevention of psychosocial risks at work.
