Somendra Narayan is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at NEOMA Business School. His research includes work on strategic decision-making, business model innovation, digital transformation and industry 4.0, and bottom-of-the-pyramid markets. Somendra has presented his research at major international conferences, such as the Academy of Management (AOM), Strategic Management Society (SMS), European Group for Organizational Studies (EGOS), and the European Academy of Management (EURAM), among others. Currently, he also serves as an ad-hoc reviewer for the Journal of Management Studies and the Journal of Organizational Change Management. He holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) at Erasmus University in the Netherlands. Prior to that, he obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Technology Management with a specialization in Supply Chain Management from Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) in the Netherlands and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Surat, India.   Specialization areas: Strategic Management, Business Model Innovation, Digital Transformation, Social Innovation, Emerging Markets
