Alain GOUDEY is Chief Digital Officer and Full Professor of Marketing at NEOMA BS. He is also Founding Partner of AtooMedia, a sound communication and musical design agency, and its subsidiary, Mediavea, a retail space sound manager. He graduated in 2001 from IMT Business School (ex-INT Management) where he earned a Masters in Management Science. He was awarded a PhD in Management Sciences in 2007 and received his HDR (Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches / ability to conduct research) in 2019, both from Université Paris-Dauphine-PSL*. Co-author of “Marketing Sensoriel et Expérientiel du Point de Vente” (Dunod, Paris) and “Marketing pour Ingénieurs” (Dunod, Paris), he publishes his work in France and abroad in scientific journals such as Recherche et Applications en Marketing, Décisions Marketing, International Journal of Research in Marketing, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, International Journal of Retail and Distribution Management, Management & Avenir and Advances in Consumer Research Proceedings. He is a regularly sought contributor to such media organisations as: Harvard Business Review, Le Monde, Stratégies, 01 Business, CB News, LSA, France 3, France Inter, France Culture, 60 Millions de Consommateurs, RTL, Cerveau & Psycho, etc. He also participates regularly in conferences (TEDx, Microsoft, Carrefour, PSA, etc.) and executive training programmes on behalf of major corporations: Orange, IBM, Caisse des Dépôts Group, etc. His two preferred subjects are: 1) Brand Experiential and Sensory Aspects: How Can Sensory Methodology Be Used to Create An Experience Within The Consumer? 2) Disruptive Technologies (AI, Robotisation, Connected Objects) and Their Impact on The Individual, Organisations, and Society: What In Our Private And Professional Lives Is Going to Change Dramatically?
