This department brings together expertise in business performance evaluation, analysis and guidance of business performance and in corporate legal issues.

Based on both academic and professional expertise, our teaching methods focus on the company (simulations, case studies, etc.) The constant involvement of professionals such as accountants, consultants and legal directors ensures that students' experience real business situations.

The Department's research, in the areas of measuring and evaluating financial and non-financial performance, budget analysis, auditing, IFRS, legal engineering, risk management, reporting and accounting and financial communications, and corporate legal strategies, are designed to help students and companies master the principle tools, practices and standards of accounting, control and law, to make the best possible decisions for their organisations.
