NEOMA’s Humanship DNA

Each Business School has its own unique DNA. At NEOMA that DNA is centred on personal and professional development, leadership and agility and entrepreneurship. This philosophy comes through in our programme development, in the classroom, through the student body that chooses to come to NEOMA and in the faculty and staff who choose to work here.
Our students learn to bring out their own leadership skills, to put forward different points of view and to go beyond prevailing models, to listen to their feelings and to breed empathy, to stay connected and to rally talent while focussing on collective performance.

Personal & Professional Development

Personal development is crucial to us at NEOMA. We have a dedicated team-member who guides you throughout the duration of the programme, specialised workshops and out-of-the-box development techniques, and an involved and empathic team around you to support you.
The unique experience of the out-of-your-comfort-zone leadership internship in Brittany with the French Navy SEALs will further help you to develop your communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.

Our Faculty and Experts

At NEOMA we select experienced international faculty and experts to intervene on the programme. We know how important it is for you to be confronted by the best when you are taking time out of your work and personal life to better yourself and ensure that each instructor is an expert in their field and accustomed to teaching executives of your level.

Empowerment of women in the workplace

The NEOMA Global Executive MBA team is committed to understanding the challenges and hurdles encountered in our female executives’ daily professional lives, and to helping their advancement in the workplace. To build upon this the ‘NEOMA au Féminin’ scholarship was launched in 2017 reinforcing the initiatives taken by the ‘NEOMA au Féminin’ alumnae club.

Your MBA opens other doors
