Helping our students settle in and offering guidance on administrative procedure

Settling in quickly and easily successfully is crucial for a fulfilling experience at NEOMA Business School. Our School has set up a “HUB” on each of its campuses where students can access services and information, to help them settle in as quickly as possible.

These centres provide information and support concerning aspects such as administrative procedures, tuition fees and accommodation by providing several key services in one place :

Front Office

This dynamic front-line team is available during our extended opening hours to provide information and services on matters such as justifying absence from classes, paying tuition fees and submitting grant applications.

Induction Unit

This unit offers support with all the administrative procedure that come with your new status as a NEOMA Business School student, including social security paperwork and residence permits (for international students).

Student Finance Services

This unit can provide you with guidance if you find yourself in financial difficulty, and help you with various applications for funding, such as scholarships from our Foundation or from Erasmus, and financial support from Regional Councils.

Accommodation Service

This unit helps international students find suitable accommodation and provides French students with advice on finding accommodation, either on-campus, nearby, or in the city centre.
