Department of People and Organisations
The professors of the People and Organisations department have expertise in a wide range of academic subjects: human resources management, organisational theories, team management and leadership, personal development and behavioural sciences.
Our professors use this multidisciplinary expertise to specialise in the dynamics of organisational and social change, in their individual, collective, managerial and organisational dimensions.
We teach our students, as future managers, to understand the evolving situations in which organisations operate, to be organisational players or indeed drivers; and to prepare themselves to deal with the social and economic aspects of managerial roles.
In their teaching and in their research, all our professors propose innovative methods of managing people, work and organisations.
