Nadia is an Assistant professor of People and Organization at NEOMA Business School in France. Nadia has developed research along two streams: one is to investigate organizational politics as a collective phenomenon; the other is to examine how dynamic interpersonal or intrapersonal processes affective individual initiative such as creativity and innovation in the workplace. Nadia's research has been reviewed revised and resubmitted at Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, and several other top-tier journals in management. She has presented four pieces of her work at the Annual Conference of Academy of Management, and two pieces of her work at the biennial Conference of International Association for Chinese Management Research. One piece of her work presented at the eighth Asia Academy of Management Conference won the Best Paper Award in Human Resource Management Track in 2012. She obtained the bachelor degree in human resource management in Wuhan University in 2010, and obtained the doctoral degree in management in HKUST in 2016. She was a visiting research scholar in Department of Management and Organization at University of Maryland in 2014.
