Annabel-Mauve is an Associate Professor in leadership, management and managerial political skills at NEOMA Business School. She has been the Head of department of "People and Organization" in 2016-2017. She has received two awards for her innovative pedagogy.

Andrew is an Assistant Professor at NEOMA Business School. He received his Ph.D. in Organizational Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Andrew’s current research interests focus on social class in the workplace, work groups and teams, and multilevel theory and measurement.

Her research focuses on leadership and followership, specifically, perceptions and attributions, as well as leader-follower relations. Her latest research focuses on destructive leadership and dark personality traits. Her work has been published in academic journals. She has edited several books as well as special issues in journals. She is also on several editorial boards.

Svetlana SERDYUKOV

Svetlana SERDYUKOV, PhD

Associate Professor of Strategy

Strategy & Entrepreneurship

Her activities of training, of consulting and research focus on transformational processes at individual and organizational levels. She trained managers and administrators of international, regional companies as well as cooperatives in strategy and organizational development. Her research explores the themes of professionalization and multiple identities of managers of schools of management and administrators of agricultural cooperatives.

Marlies VEESTRAETEN

Marlies obtained her doctoral degree in Business Economics at the University of Leuven (Belgium). Marlies' research focuses on the ways in which leadership can positively affect work relationships and individual as well as collective performance. Marlies has worked with leaders and managers in a variety of organizational contexts (ranging from military organizations to global tech companies). Her primary mission is to foster people's awareness, understanding, and development of effective and positive approaches to leadership.

In addition to administrative support, she coordinates the actions of various project stakeholders for research, education, and program activities at the Centre.

Chris WORLEY, PhD

Strategy Director | Professor, Strategy and Entrepreneurship

Organisation Agility and Organisation Design

 

His principal research and consulting activities address the design and development of agile organizations. He has helped organisations in strategy implementation, large-scale re-design, and capability building. His aim is long term, to help organizations develop the skills and knowledge required to adapt consistently and sustain high-level performance.

Her research focuses on restructuring and organizational transformation processes, employment and work relations, and industrial relations. She favors the action research method, in collaboration with companies, public institutions or labor unions. She is a member of the scientific committee of ANACT. In addition to publishing numerous articles, she co-authored the book “Les restructurations d’entreprises” (avec G. Schmidt, Repères – La découverte 2012). During the last 15 years, she has occupied functions as professor (teaching and research) as well as functional and executive management positions (head of research, head of department, and head of campus).
